Boxing

The practice of fighting with fists. You will learn basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. It increases strength and improves endurance.

Kick boxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching. It is a total body workout, and fastest way to that toned fighter physique you seek. You will learn the basic kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-style Boxing skills & combinations. Kickboxing includes cardio, calisthenics, bag work, punch-kick-knee & elbow strikes, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises.

MMA is a full contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts like boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, BJJ and many other martial arts systems.

Combines different programns delivered back to back to give you more variety in a single class. This is not a typical mind/body fitness class! Yoga, Zumba fused into one flow dance fitness moves combine fast and slow rythms with energetic music. This class is an intensity workout mixed with mobility, because we firmly believe there’s no point in being explosive if you can’t do it with fluid motion. The TKO8 represents – symmetrical flow, which is infinite! This class is perfect for all levels from complete beginner to Olympic athlete.

Grappling refers to techniques, maneuvers and counters applied to an opponent in order to gain a physical advantage such as improving relative position, escaping, submitting, or an injury to the opponent. Grappling increases your stamina, strength and kill your fear of fight.

A sport if unarmed combat derived from jiujitsu and intended to train the body and mind. It involves using holds and leverage tounbalance the opponent.

Cross Fit is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercises, high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometric, powerlifting, gymnastics, grive sport, calisthenics, strongman and other exercises.
